Hi, I’m Toni
Welcome to my coaching practice! My name is Toni Rosati, and I am a certified mental health coach specializing in helping neurodiverse adults, service-based business owners, and mission-driven individuals find greater inner peace, emotional resilience, and self trust.
Drawing from my own lived experience with the self-judgment and challenges with shame that come from undiagnosed AuDHD, as well as my expertise in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Drama Triangle methodologies, I'm passionate about empowering my clients to cultivate self-compassion, heal their inner critic, and transform how they feel about who they are.
As an Allied Mental Health Professional and National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches certified practitioner, I have honed the skills to create a safe, supportive environment where my clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and inner landscape with curiosity and compassion.
Through our collaborative coaching sessions, we'll dive deep into understanding the different "parts" or sub-personalities that make up your inner world, and work to foster harmony, balance, and self-leadership within your internal team.
Whether you're struggling with productivity guilt, navigating challenging relationships, or feel at your wits-end with all the political or climate change chaos in the world, I'm here to guide you on your journey of personal growth and transformation.

What truly sets me apart …
Beyond my professional expertise, what truly sets me apart is what I don't care about. I don't care about:
Diagnosing you
Judging you
Being right about how you should live your life
I've always been non-conventional and different. Now, as an IFS coach with an empathetic approach, my quirky, authentic energy helps others cultivate Self trust.
I've walked the path of mental health recovery and resilience myself, and I'm excited to walk through the muck with you.
My goal is to be your partner in developing self-compassion, emotional intelligence, and inner resources necessary to thrive in both your personal and professional life.

Bits of my own story
Most people subconsciously don’t LET themselves stand out from the crowd because they’re struggling with imposter syndrome OR because the not-good-enough belief is so strong and they didn't realize it is actually unhealed shame or trauma.
Let me tell you a bit of my personal story. Right out of college, my fear of rejection was so enormous that showing up for my office job felt like 8 ½ hours in a foxhole. I felt watched, judged, and disliked… but my co-workers did nothing of the sort. I quit before my one month anniversary and leaned into being a photographer until my late 20s.
I had my “mid-life crisis” a bit early. Around 30, I had to admit to myself that what I had forever considered “strength” was actually a brick wall putting on a flashy show in the hopes that people wouldn’t see my deep wounds and deficiencies. I’d been so good at wearing the mask that I didn’t even know it was on.
A culmination of things showed me my dependence on denying that I was hurt. And also showed me a path to understand and love my true gifts. And I have to tell you, there is nothing more empowering than owning your life’s story and KNOWING you are even more safe being YOU than hiding.
I coach on leadership, imposter syndrome, and historical trauma (especially when it is expressed through work) because these are the topics I have deep personal experience with. I’ve also passionately and meticulously researched them for over 2 decades.
